1. Definitions

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity and no financial transactions for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. ph22277 will notify the Player at the registered email address before imposing any dormancy administration fee. A monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive Real Money Balance. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph22277 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including strategies designed to generate low-risk or risk-free turnover during bonus wagering (such as betting on both sides of an outcome, or exploiting game contribution weighting). ph22277 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified, at its sole discretion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and free spin allocations expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds will be automatically removed from the account. ph22277 does not reissue expired bonuses.

6. Games and Betting Rules

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph22277 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement beyond those required by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ph22277 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The collection and processing of your personal information are governed by the ph22277 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on ph22277, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by Philippine law.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ph22277 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable KYC and verification requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by ph22277

Real Money Balances on accounts closed for non-breach reasons will be returned to the Player following verification.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph22277 customer support for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ph22277 customer support within thirty (30) days of submission, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established player dispute mechanism. Both parties agree that PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding.

For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, specifically the courts of Metro Manila, to the exclusion of any other forum.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph22277 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the ph22277 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
